They support us

- The French actress Aure ATIKA has supported us for one year. She recorded 3 advertising spots on the radio to get people to make donation for AMI, and they were gracefully broadcasted on French radios Europe 1, NRJ, Oui FM and Beur FM.

- In November 2005, Aure, who was accompanied by 4 journalists, took a trip on the AMI mission in Indonesia in a wedged village called Teunom where she could see and appreciate the activities of the association in mental health (training, consultation, magazine Health Messsenger).

Here an piece of her dairy published on her website after her return from Indonesia: "AMI (www.amifrance.org/) has several programs based on post-urgency, over long period, training. They owe mobile private clinics, managed by local staff, going from camps to camps to bring medications and drugs, listening, organising play meetings with the children to detect traumatic shocks. They train local psychiatrists. The edition of the health messenger, which is a magazine of information and medical update intended for the local staff. The small size of this organisation enables them to be closer to the population, there are no technocratic barriers like in other enormous associations. AMI is liable for its training scheme. Young people, hard workers, ect… they all are devoted to their cause, they are into it. They come for 6 months, in this lost place, feeded with rice and shrimps. I am not very proud to be at their side.
